Introducing Modern Workplace Time-Off Manager

MW Time-Off Manager is a simple and easy-to-use time-off management solution for small and medium-sized businesses, providing an up-to-date record of all absences, including holidays, sickness, and other types of time-off.

It is designed to work both in the browser and on mobile devices, so staff can easily submit time-off requests and complete approvals from any location.

​One solution, at your fingertips

Using MW Time-Off Manager, you can manage all aspects of annual leave and other time-off from work in one place, giving you full visibility of holiday and other absences across your organisation.

Standard time-off categories include holidays, sickness, bereavement, jury service, maternity / paternity leave and ‘other’, but you can customise these to your own requirements and also choose which categories require approval.

​Holiday management features include automatic calculation of holiday entitlements, the ability to maintain your own list of public holidays and non-working days, and quick on-the-go approvals from your mobile.​

Staff and manager dashboards

MW Time-Off Manager keeps everyone informed on requests, approvals and cancellations with up-to-date dashboards on request status and entitlements.

The browser app dashboard provides staff with a single view of their time-off, including their requests, holiday entitlements and balances, and controls for submitting new requests. Approval users can also view a list of open requests from their staff that require approval action.

A "My Staff" dashboard provides managers and administrators with a summary of their individual staff members' time-off, and for access on-the-go, the My Time-Off mobile app also provides up-to-date time-off and approvals dashboards.

Integration, alerts and reporting

Automatic emails provide notifications when requests are submitted or approved and Outlook calendar integration makes sure your time-off is booked in your diary.

MW Time-Off Manager can optionally be integrated with MW Staff Hub, which helps you to keep track of your staff and provides In / Out visibility across your organisation.

Staff using the MW Staff Hub mobile app to keep their In / Out status up to date, can be routed automatically to MW Time-Off Manager when they want to book time off from work. When holiday or other time off has been approved, you can choose whether you want the In / Out status of your staff to be updated in MW Staff Hub, so everyone can easily and quickly see who is in and who is out, where people are and when they plan to return.
